Initially 10–12 cm. After 2–3 months of use, the wool settles to your body’s contour, reaching about 5 cm in the contact zones — exactly where you need support.
Medium-to-high firmness. Many who prefer firm surfaces find it ideal; over time it becomes more welcoming as it contours.
Use it with a cover or sheet. Clean stains locally with a cloth and an active-oxygen solution — the product isn’t washed. Air it for 24–48h before first use and give it occasional sunlight.
